New Home Warranty Coverage

Great Homes Are Built on Strong Foundations Protecting Your Investment in Your New Home

A new home is likely the largest investment of your lifetime. If you have purchased a new home built and sold by a Travelers Canada approved builder, you are eligible to protect your investment from defects from the trusted provider in new home warranties in Western Canada.

Legislation has been passed in B.C. which outline specific details about the mandatory home warranty coverage. We believe these programs are the most comprehensive home warranties available in North America.

Travelers Canada’s New Home Warranty coverage provides new homeowners with important home protection and coverage both before and after buying a new home. Please scroll down for more information on the coverage available.
